I just tested the updates to the chatbot. It looks great. No more New Lead terminology which is great. Looks like the bot has been changed and is pretty in line with what I had requested to be changed the other day. Thank you for your help.

Last week we received so many inquiries through the Off Hour Patients chat bot, it’s very convenient for the patients. It’s a great tool for leads and wouldn’t want to drop that. From my perspective any tool that gets patient leads are great, thank you.
